She holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Health from Keene State College and is committed to preventing childhood lead poisoning and promoting lead-safe housing. Elisha is passionate about forming strong partnerships and creating an accessible, collaborative, and responsive program that helps communities expand access to lead-safe housing.
