Biography
Judah Boulet is the Health Program Administrator for the Lead Poisoning Prevention Program and the RI Rental Registry at the Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH). He oversees initiatives focused on preventing childhood lead poisoning, reducing environmental lead hazards, and improving housing safety across Rhode Island. His work includes implementing and managing the Rhode Island Rental Registry, strengthening lead hazard mitigation efforts, expanding the workforce of licensed lead professionals, and improving regulatory compliance. Judah brings experience in public health administration, program development, and cross-sector collaboration, with a focus on developing practical, sustainable solutions that protect public health.
