Biography
Mariah Walters Orose combines more than 20 years of communications experience with her passion for environmental public health. In addition to being the Unleaded Kids communications strategist, she is pursuing a master's in public health degree at George Washington University where she works on food policy and communications at the university's Institute for Food Safety and Nutrition Security. She is grateful for the opportunity to co-chair the Lead and Environmental Hazards Association's communications committee, and she's as excited to talk about lead exposure as she is to talk about split infinitives and misused punctuation.
