Biography
Chris Bowling is an investigative reporter covering Omaha, Nebraska for Flatwater Free Press, a nonprofit journalism organization. His interests include housing, criminal justice, government accountability and social welfare. Since August 2025 he’s reported on the Omaha Lead Superfund Site, the nation’s largest residential lead cleanup site, as part of an investigative partnership with ProPublica.
