Biography
Danika Hill-Paulus, MSc, is Co-Executive Director of MKE FreshAir Collective and an environmental health professional with expertise in indoor air quality, environmental contamination, and community-centered intervention. She has long been passionate about addressing pollution exposures and supporting communities most impacted by environmental pollution. Danika earned her Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Idaho, where her research examined the movement of agricultural chemicals through local soil and water systems—providing a strong technical foundation in exposure pathways and environmental systems. Her work combines public health practice, community outreach, and program implementation to reduce exposure risks in homes and community settings. At MKE FreshAir Collective, Danika oversees indoor air quality programming, including efforts addressing particulate matter and radon exposure through distribution of at-home radon test kits, deployment of air filtration resources, and delivery of community workshops and school-based trainings.
