Biography
Frances Shi, MD, is a general pediatrician at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Einstein, and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Shi is interested in all aspects of general pediatrics, with a particular focus on supporting families through infancy and the early years. She is the general pediatric liaison to the Lead Poisoning Treatment and Prevention Program. Dr. Shi’s research focuses on quality improvement efforts as it pertains to lead poisoning education and screening rates, as well as other aspects of general pediatrics including care in the newborn nursery.
