Biography
Mr. Belt is the Field Services Section Chief and Principal Investigator for the Ohio Lead Poisoning Prevention program. He oversees the planning and direction of the statewide Lead Safe, Healthy Communities state work plan. Mr. Belt received a Master of Science degree from the Graduate School of Education at the University of Dayton and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University. Mr. Belt is licensed as a Lead Abatement Contractor and Radon Tester in the state of Ohio.
