Kate Kirkwood is a leader in lead safety and healthy housing programs, with over a decade of experience designing and managing federally funded initiatives. She serves as Program Manager for the Sullivan County, NH Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Program and has successfully supported multiple HUD-funded grants. Kate is the founder of K. Kirkwood Consulting and Lead-EDU, where she provides EPA-compliant training to contractors, inspectors, and housing professionals nationwide. She has trained thousands of professionals and is known for practical, field-tested instruction that helps programs deliver results and protect communities. A TEDx speaker and published author, Kate brings both policy knowledge and on-the-ground experience to her work with state agencies, local programs, and national audiences.
