Biography
Paul Chalifour joined NH Housing in January of 2020 and currently serves as Senior Manager, Lead and Special Projects. In this role, he manages the Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Program and oversees the compliance of all development projects with applicable federal crosscutting regulations. Prior to joining NH, Paul spent more than a decade with Southern NH Services now known as Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties, from 2009 to 2020, serving as an Energy Auditor as well as the Lead Program Intake Specialist and Project Manager for Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties. His experience spans residential energy efficiency, program administration, project management, and federal and state regulatory compliance.
